FCIB successfully acted as lead underwriter on Corporate Bond Private Offering for Tsinghua Unigroup Corporation

First Capital Investment Banking acted as lead underwriter on the Corporate Bond Private Offering for Tsinghua Unigroup Corporation (“the Issuer”) and successfully completed the offering on March 22nd, 2018. The bond was priced at 6.5% with issuance size RMB 1.2 billion, which well met the Issuer’s expectation. The bond is expected to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
