On 15th January 2014, J.P. Morgan First Capital (“JPMFC”) acted as the sole lead underwriter on the RMB 1.0 billion 7-year Enterprise Bond offering for Yunfu Xinda Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (“the Issuer”), and successfully completed the offering on 16th January 2014.
