On 8 August, 2014, Zhejiang Material Industrial Zhongda Yuantong Group Co.,Ltd. (600704.SH, or the client) announced that its Private Placement (the deal) of 205,479,452 shares was successfully completed. J.P. Morgan First Capital (JPMFC) acted as the sole sponsor and sole lead underwriter.

The parent company of the client, Zhejiang Materials Industry Group Co.,Ltd., is the largest state owned enterprises under SASAC of Zhejiang Province and one of Fortune 500.
