JPMFC Acted as the Joint Lead Underwriter on the CLO Offering for Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd.

J.P. Morgan First Capital Securities Co., Ltd. (JPMFC) acting as the joint lead underwriter, successfully completed the issuance of the CLO for Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (the originator) on August 26th, 2014. This is the third CLO deal underwritten by JPMFC.

As the joint lead underwriter, JPMFC completed the execution and sales smoothly thanks to the previous CLO experiences and efficient marketing to investors. The offering of Tranche A was 1.5 times oversubscribed, and both Tranche A and Tranche B were priced at relatively low coupon rates, compared to other similar products issued in the market. As a result, JPMFC received high recognition from the originator and investors.
