JPMFC acted as the sole lead underwriter on RMB 1.35 billion subordinated bond offering for Ningbo Yinzhou Rural Cooperative Bank

J.P. Morgan First Capital (“JPMFC”) acted as the sole lead underwriter on the RMB 1.35 billion 10-year subordinated bond offering for Ningbo Yinzhou Rural Cooperative Bank and successfully completed the offering on 25th Aug, 2014.

The transaction is the first tier 2 subordinated bond offering by China’s rural cooperative banks, it’s also the first tier 2 product led by JPMFC.
