RMB 1.5 bn 7-year Enterprise Bond offering for Yancheng Chengnan New District Development Construction Investment Co., Ltd was successfully completed on 20 December 2011(8.19%, AA(issuer) / AA(bond)). J.P. Morgan First Capital (JPMFC) acted as the sole lead underwriter on this deal.
