Morgan First Capital (JPMFC) and AJ Securities (AJS) acted as the joint lead underwriters, launched the RMB 1.2 billion, 7-year enterprise bond offering for Chengdu Xinkaiyuan City Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. (The Company) on Aug. 4th, 2014, and successfully completed the offering on Aug. 14th, 2014. The fixed rate bond (AA/AA) was priced at 7.43%.
