JPMFC Acted as the Sole Lead Underwriter on the CLO Offering for Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.

J.P. Morgan First Capital Securities Co., Ltd. (JPMFC) acted as the sole lead underwriter on the CLO offering for Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and successfully completed the offering on 25th Sep, 2014. This is the fourth CLO deal executed by JPMFC YTD.

To be able to successfully price the CLO product, JPMFC had kept in-depth communication with potential investors, and closely monitored market trends and finally captured a very good market window before the National Day. The CLO won 1.6 times subscription with Senior A coupon priced at 5.3% and Senior B coupon at 7.0%, which was beyond the Issuer’s expectation and demonstrated JPMFC’s solid distribution capability.
