FCIB successfully acted as sole lead underwriter on Corporate Bond Private Offering for Nanjing Fullshare Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd.

First Capital Investment Banking (“FCIB”) acted as sole lead underwriter on the Corporate Bond Private Offering for Nanjing Fullshare Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“the Issuer”) and successfully completed the offering on July 18th, 2018. The bond was priced at 7.5% with issuance size RMB 500 million, which well met the Issuer’s expectation. The bond is expected to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
