JPMFC acted as the sole lead underwriter on RMB 700 million commercial paper for First Capital Securities Co. Ltd.

The second issue of First Capital Commercial Paper was successfully completed on May 24, 2013. The deal size of it is RMB 700 million. The maturity is 91 days, and the offering yield is 4.15% (AA/A-1). J.P. Morgan First Capital (JPMFC) acted as the sole lead underwriter in this transaction.
