JPMFC acted as the sole lead underwriter of RMB 1.2 billion enterprise bond offering for Zhanjiang Infrastructure Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd

J.P. Morgan First Capital (“JPMFC”), the sole lead underwriter, launched the RMB 1.2 billion 7-year enterprise bond offering for Zhanjiang Infrastructure Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd on October 21, 2013, and successfully completed the offering on October 23, 2013. The fixed rate bond(AA/AA) was priced at 6.93%.

This deal has obtained the NDRC approval shortly after the filing. JPMFC has been able to capture the market window for enterprise bonds and managed to price the transaction at a rate lower than that of the recently launched comparable bonds. It has again demonstrated JPMFC’s strong capability in executing enterprise bonds.
